1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using the KK Gold Mart website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Gold Transaction Terms

All gold transactions are subject to market rates prevailing at the time of the transaction. Rates are quoted on a per-gram basis and are subject to change without prior notice. Final payment will reflect the weight, purity, and prevailing market rate of your gold at the time of evaluation.

3. Identity Verification

As per the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and government regulations, KK Gold Mart is required to verify the identity of all customers before completing any gold transaction. Valid government-issued ID proof and address proof are mandatory. KK Gold Mart reserves the right to refuse any transaction that does not comply with these requirements.

4. Conditions for Gold Selling

  • Both husband and wife must provide gold details and ID proof for family transactions.
  • Valid address proof and work ID required.
  • Gold purchases allowed only from couples or verified family members.
  • Any suspicious information will be reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Payments above the legal limit will be settled through RTGS/IMPS only.

5. No Home Collection

KK Gold Mart does not collect gold from homes or send agents to your residence. All gold transactions are conducted at our authorised branch locations only. Beware of impostors.

6. Limitation of Liability

KK Gold Mart shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from gold price fluctuations, market conditions, or any delay in transaction completion. Our liability is limited to the value of the gold transaction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including the KK Gold Mart name, logo, design, and text is the property of KK Gold Mart. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
